Just plug and play . A must have for series x but a bit expensive .

It’s a must buy for XBOX S owners asI could load a gazillion games post this purchase. Imagine MS Flight Sim, GoW 4 & Ultimate, NFS, Football, Baseball, Cricket, Shooting, Golf and many more choices at a click of the button. An absolute gaming nirvana!

The best and most ideal way to extend the Series X storage capacity. RW speeds are mind-blowing as it utilizes the velocity architecture. Plug and play. Literally takes less than 4 seconds to get going. Pricey but not unfair considering how much a pcie4 nvme ssd of this size costs on the market. Super duper happy.

The speed is similar to the internal ssd speed of the series S and series X consoles. Highly recommend if u are an Xbox X/S owner.

Its so useful for series s but expensive

Yes it’s expensive for 2tb it give you what you need it’s not Amazons fault to decrease stars they sold me legitimate product unopened clean packaging thanks Amazon you can use a ssd or hard with usb but you can only store 360 xbox one games that’s kinda not enough next gens games are coming out so your spending all your inernel space by the time another game comes out you don’t have enough space you have to sacrifice a game but this guy right here solution for everything use your SSD or harddisk to store 360 one games store new gens in expansion card i like this easy to install move around anywhere go to your friends house he has series s whatever play there it’s great design don’t listen to falls Twitts int Twitter it doesn’t heat up it doesn’t broke in. 3 months
I will update this review after 3 months let’s see

In case you are worried that the main SSD will slow down over time then just load games first on this external SSD and let it degrade in speed over time, afterall it’s replacable.
Another point of interest for prospective buyers would be if they have the XBox game pass and want to try multiple games at once and are running out of storage, specifically if they have a Series S and not X.
In either case it’s a buy if you can afford kind of product and it’s costly but worth it.
Have fun playing games as well rather then just buying stuff and letting it sit someplace, eating dust.

Bought it to expand storage on the Series S – Works exactly as advertised. Very happy.

1) Price: Very hesitant to buy first. But few days back saw this for just Rs 26000 at a special deal. Got additional discount of 2000 on card and also 6 month not cost EMI. Had pinch twice to believe.
2) Performance: Unmatched. 6.4 Gbps which internal transfer. Copying from external drives also very quick.
3) Worth Buying: ABSOLUTLY

Series S comes with 500 GB of on-board memory we need to expand their space so that we can install more games. The expansion hard drive serves this purpose albeit it’s on the expensive side.

where is the service center number or location near to NOIDA-Delhi

It is a great product by just the fact that it is amazingly fast. You just have to connect it and then adding deleting or playing from the expansion is a seamles process. The price is a bit high but the experience is super smooth and fast.
Arjun –
Fast and simple setup. Works as intended and while not as fast as the WD SN850 SSD of the same capacity in my PS5, it’s impressively fast nonetheless.
Moving Series games from my external HDD to the expansion card happened seamlessly but I did have to remove it from my Xbox Series X and restart the console before I could play games from it since I kept seeing an error. If you face issues, try reinserting the card and restarting your console — it should work then.
I would have rated it 4 stars instead of 5 considering how expensive it is but that’s how it is for us taxpayers in India and not a fault of Microsoft/Seagate or the seller so I didn’t deduct any stars.
Overall, a recommended purchase if you’re willing to digest the cost and want to avoid frequently moving Series games between the internal SSD and an external HDD.
Pratik –
Good product but pricey. We need more manufacturers who can offer these expansion cards. WD should launch soon it’s product.

Using this made me realise why there is a huge price difference between this and SSD. I have this as well as a 1TB SSD attached to my Xbox Series X. I can easily play any game stored on expansion card directly from it without having to move it to internal storage. Whereas while trying to do the same with an external SSD, I was only able to play older games from it and that too with visible lag at some places.
