I really liked the feel and the looks of the controller. It’s much, MUCH better than the Xbox Series One controller. The haptics, gyro, button, joystick, everything feels tactile and precise.
Just one issue I had with this (not with Amazon) that I gave this 4 star instead of 5 star is that pairing this with a PC is a very confusing experience. Though some games work seamlessly, the more intense games like Call of duty and Fortnite had some problems.
I fixed them buy installing DS4Windows and adding all games to steam and it worked perfectly, (though some games show the Xbox controls, the controls themselves are fine.).

Where do I even start?
Well, let me begin by sharing that I always found PlayStation better than Xbox and that was primarily because Sony has always done a better job than Microsoft when it comes to its exclusives. But I also consider myself PlayStation-centric and a genuinely enthusiastic supporter but not someone who is completely biased and is a blind fanboy. The one constant problem area for me with PlayStation was its controller. While Sony constantly did its best to upgrade its controller, in particular, its features with every next generation console, I personally feel they never quite got the design right as we advanced along. That’s where Xbox did a great job especially with the Xbox one controller, which was bigger, heavier and sturdier in contrast to Dualshock 4 which was smaller, lighter and of course needed more care. Xbox one controller had offset analog sticks as opposed to the symmetrical design of Dualshock 4, the preference of which I guess could vary from one gamer to another but yet looked classy. But times have changes now. With the evolution of consoles, Sony has finally listened to its fans and transformed the look of its controller. I was excited with the two-tone design, bulkier body and textured grip of the original Dualsense that comes with the console and just as I noticed that Sony didn’t color its trademark geometric shaped buttons, I started picturing just how good the black variant would look when it comes out eventually. It took a while for me to get my hands on this one and I have to say that it looks way more stylish and attractive than the original one. Also, not that the light-bar isn’t conspicuous on the original one because it is white but we all know that light glows and shines more prominently with the black background and when it does, it looks magnificent and majestic. It is no different with this spectacular midnight black controller. It has matte finish on its front body and touchpad and high gloss finish on its D-pad and Action buttons, a combination, which, in my opinion sometimes also looks like a prop from heavy budget sci-fi movie. I don’t think I even have to talk about the kind of immersive experience adaptive triggers, haptic feedback and its speaker provide as all PS5 owners would know that by now. However, if you ask for recommendation on this variant of Dualsense, I feel every hardcore PlayStation fan should buy this one as they won’t regret it.

Review after 3 months: Don’t think twice just go for it. Connecting with PC or Laptop is seemless. DualSense controller come without USB connector so you’ve to make sure that your PC has Bluetooth connection available for wireless connection or just plug the USB Cable. If you want to use haptic feedback the only option available is to use the controller through the USB cable!
Note: Make sure you’re buying the latest model of the controller which FCC ID ends with letter T1A. You can check it out on the back of the controller!
If you’re using Steam then it will automatically ask you to setup your new DualSense controller and told you to update the controller’s firmware through Sony Controller Software. It’s pretty easy to do!
Note: If you’re using Epic or any other Store’s games then you’ve to install DualSense X DS5 Tool.
I know it’s little bit expensive but I tried many cheap controller before from 500Rs. to 2500Rs. Gamesir Controller all these controllers not working after a month or two and ended up with this controller I’m having very great experience with DualSense Controller!

UPDATE: So I asked Amazon to replace my controller, and this time the packaging felt like new and the controller also seems to be working as intended without any stick drift issues. Will update here in case anything happens.
Tried using the controller to play some games on iPad. The controller does get recognized and it connects as intended, however in the games Im facing left stick drift issues. So when I’m using the left stick to move around or pan the camera in games, it keeps automatically pressing towards left without me doing anything which makes almost all the games unplayable with this controller. The seller has also given me the controller in old packaging/used package. I have asked Amazon to take this back and replace me with a new model. If that also has this issue, I will ask for full refund and get a xbox controller. The seller is Electronics Bazaar Store (KAY KAY Overseas Corporation)
