This is one of the best racing games I’ve ever played. It is one of the few games I’ve played at the time of review that actually made me appreciate the sheer power and brutality of some of the cars, especially those in the group b class, where I struggle to keep up with the speed and acceleration of the Lancia Delta S4 if I haven’t mentally prepared myself beforehand. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is because the track selections for rallycross and landrush can feel a bit limiting after re-playing them several times, however rallycross somewhat makes up for this as the variety of the cars available can make it feel less repetitive.
Overall, I highly recommend purchasing this game, but for players coming from the Forza or GRiD series, there is no rewind/flashback mechanic. Do not go into the game expecting to redo a corner if you mess it up.
