Great product, does the work efficiently, However contacting the co. for queries is difficult or impossible as always it says the line is busy. i have to contact the dealer to solve my problem regarding activation code, they were very co-operative.

I purchased Guardian antivirus (1 PC) from Amazon which was delivered yesterday.
I read & followed the instructions in the enclosed guide, then the following anomalies occurred:-
1. The Guide gives system requirements for Windows 2000 to 8 & 8.1. But I had purchased the product for Windows 10 for which nothing is mentioned. I opted to go ahead & try the installation.
2. I typed the 20-number product key as given on the CD jacket. This has hyphens inserted after 5 numbers. Although I typed the key first with the hyphens & then without; but it refuses to accept the key & a message to “give exact key” or words to that effect keep appearing. Neither is there any explanations about which is the product key as the label has two number-sets plus a bar-code in between them.
Hence I am unable to use the product and my system is exposed to virus attacks.
I tried calling on the HELP numbers listed on the cover but all three numbers are WRONG. I emailed the support email ID given, but there is neither an acknowledgement nor any response.
The company appears to be a very amateurish outfit and have delivered an outdated product. I am deeply disappointed with the product and with Amazon for having such products on its list.

I ordered hoping an email delivery in 2 hours as mentioned in the sell page. Instead, I got a physical product containing CD Rom and the product key, it tooks 4 days to reach to me. However the product key was genuine which fulfilled my purpose of puchase.
