Brightness and Durability are good. It’s a little costlier here so might want to check somewhere else as well.

First i had some problem with display because i thought that potentiometer is not necessary.
If you provide correct contrast then it will display satisfactorily.
The built quality is so good and you have to solder the header pins by yourself.
Anyway its a good product…

Its new, its working perfectly as it should, its cheap and it arrived on time. Just go for it.
The only disappointment I had was that they additionally charged me 60% of the product’s cost as delivery charges, but thats unrelated.
The only minor thing about the product that you should note is that it does not come with male header pins (in case you want to mount it directly on a breadboard). You’ll either have to attach/solder wires or solder male header pins like these (http://www.amazon.in/dp/B018K9981E) to use it.

It doesn’t come soldered we managed to burn the whole thing up due to this.

It doesnt even come with header pins for us to solder. Would not recommend anyone who is thinking of this product that it consists of “header pins”. Atleast the seller should have said the correct description

Works as expected but the only complaint atleast with the one I received is that it had L-shaped male headers so if I wanted to mount it on a breadboard the display would be upside down. To get around this I had to use male to female jumper wires. Later I managed to desolder the headers and attach straight headers which was much more difficult than it seems.. otherwise good product.
