Works as a reliable external power bank for my Surface Laptop 4 when on the road using a Surface Pro / USBC cable. It’s only 20W of power but that’s almost half of the built in 45W battery. Yes – it’s large. Yes – it’s heavy. But it works and it charges fast. Don’t expect to use a USBC to USBC to charge/discharge the battery with a Surface device – buy a proper Surface Pro / USBC cable. And it charges my phone after playing too many games on the plane.

There is not much to say about quality and standards when it comes to Belkin products. It’s top-notch. Battery backup is lovely, and as mentioned, it only charges Mac books and Apple products. I try to charge my Dell laptop, but it won’t work. In my view and I think almost you will agree with the point that it’s not value for money.
