Good

Only thing I didn’t like or Hisense should improve that when ever it’s being hanged in wall mount it’s hanged based on only 2 plastic nobs or plastic hooks. It should be made of metal on which the whole body will rest as for plastic it might be not easy to hold the TV till longer time

IPS PANNEL
Screen mirror is ok …..need to improve over easy connectivity of device .
Purchase @around 35K ….which give value of money .

I escalated the issue at the customer service. Voila they installed within 4 hours of escalation. This is truly appreciable.
Now coming to the TV. The TV has nice brightness and plays 4k videos exceptionally well. It has the latest software so recognises 4k and Dolby Atmos and vision on all contents which various OTT provides. My LG TV of 2022 model failed to do so, had to take Amazon fire stick. Sound is also well and plays Dolby Atmos well enough. Remember it costed me only 32k with 5 years warranty. Connected 5.1 home theatre, 2017 model, it’s only playing stereo with woofer. TV has eARC yet didn’t work. Not sure if it is TV fault or the old home theatre. The built quality of the TV especially the screen panel touching the grey speaker strip at the bottom is worse. The panel literally moves couple of mm. It’s better to take 5 years extended warranty if you want to take this TV. Overall at this price the TV is worth it. This TV is best for general watching not for enthusiast, they need to go for OLED or Qled that too of latest model, preferably Google or Android software. Need to see for long-term performance.
Delivered on 20th Aug. Technician called a day later, since I was unavailable asked him to come next day. He doesn’t come the next day and doesn’t answer the call. TV is lying in the corner. The technician expects their customers to answer all their calls on time and would only visit at their convenience but not at customer convenience. So, I suggest if the technician is visiting you, take a leave at your office and wait for him else he will never visit you if you miss his appointment. If installation services are this bad then God knows (even we should know:() how bad their services will be if any problem arises with the TV. So, BOTTOM LINE: DON’T BUY ANY HISENSE (basically nonsense) PRODUCTS UNLESS you have an immense patience like an enlightened one…like Gautham the Budhha…

I bought this Hisense Tornado 3.0 A7K 55 inch Tv. My previous TV was Oneplus Q1 QLED premium tv but i broke its display and it costed a lot so i bought this(definitely a downgrade) ,so i will benchmark this tv with the new one.
1) Accessories:
a) The box includes a TV stand as well as Wall mount tool. The wall mount tool is little broad which makes your tv come little front
b) Remote: The remote is of good quality with clicky buttons and the button has led light in it and can bee seen in dark which is unexpected as it wasn’t mentioned. The remote also have a tweeter which works with the button below the tv to find the remote.
2) Sound: 61W = 18W x2 speakers + 25W subwoofer
Good bass but the audio sound a little muffled. The dolby audio is always on, better to switch it off when the content does not support it like in STB or YouTube. Has inbuild equilizer. Bass on/off switch and bass control. Overall sound 7/10.
3) Build quality- plasticy back side, light weight. 12.6kg
4) Shipping and Installation: The TV took long 8 days to deliver ( because of the sale) and as promised i recieved a call within 24 hours and got installed within 48 hours by the installation guy. No problems there. People are commenting negatively, services depends on the city/ town, but in Nagpur it wasn’t a problem.
4) OS and interface (Software):
It’s a Google Tv, so easy to use, its first impression was a little bad, slightly lags but okayish. Has a greyish background ( previous tv had black/ dark background) which I didn’t like much as it looked a bit cheap.
It’s software lags a lot when used while watching 4K content especially on Hotstar and Amazon Prime. Might get a software update for it.
Finally
5) Display, Panel and Picture Quality:
It has a VA panel not IPS
It’s 60Hz not 120Hz, i can’t see 120Hz inside anywhere even in the instructions manual. It’s a scam.
a) SD upscaling: very poor, i didn’t expect much but it is poor when compared to my previous tv, i cannot recognise the faces of people ( eg in news channel)
b)HD channel: its decent
c) OTT platforms: good
d) Picture Settings: I am still not able to understand the perfect picture settings, the presets are not proper. Like too much backlight, low or high sharpness, too much colour saturation especially red colour.
e) Viewing angles- best from the centre worsens with sides (it’s not Qled)
6) Gaming- i tried gaming with a laptop which supports 144hz gaming with decent gpu and cpu.
You have to switch on game mode (high response mode) which gives you very High response time, but the highest frequency is 60 hz (pictures included)
I don’t have a console, so I don’t know much, but definitely it won’t have 120Hz as most consoles support 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps.
If you want a gaming tv this big better go for hisense E7K or a tv which supports AMD freesync
Also high refresh mode works only with hdmi ports not with any ott apps or YouTube
I will update the perfect picture settings within some time.
Summary- budget friendly
Decent sound
Average Picture quality ( support 99% of the content) has DolbyVision, HDR10 ( not HDR10+) HLG
Google TV android 11
