1.Matte display with no reflections enables to watch tv in any light condition with no reflections of light and background

2.Sound is awesome with deep bass no need of external speaker

3.Picture quality awesome with deep blacks and vivid colors

4.Tv is slim and looks great when fitted

5.Wall mount is awesome with tilt and expand feature

6.Tv loads apps fast and boot time is ok too

Cons
1.No installation by acer even after buying from amazon installation team
Never contacted or called me there is no surety of installation be prepared to install it by third party by paying extra, in my case i self installed with a help of tv installer by paying extra, amazon should do something about this or refund the installation charges born by customer

2. Android tv interface lacks features like sound equaliser and more settings

3. Screen feels always too bright and vivid

4.Magnet wall mounts didnt made any sense in my case, plus we recv only 2 magnets and the wall mount kit was suppose to have 4 magnets, tv is not hung on magnet but on a classy wallmount with sturdy screws wall mount is enough to enable wall hugging of the tv

5.Motion sensor feature not that usefull and adaptive auto brightness feature is missing

6.the notch below middle coming out has tv on off button and mic on off button it extrudes from the tv body in down middle area wish that was not there in the design

7.only 60 hz screen at this price point

Conclusion

Bought this on amazon primeday sale at special price so it is worth

Tv is awesome the matte finish and everything the clarity of screen great, the sound is loud with deep bass there is no need for extrernal speaker

Go for it as there is very limited matte display tvs available

Overall i am Happy with my Purchase i hope rhe Acer guys do something about customer suport and installation

This TV commands attention with its captivating display, boasting vibrant colors and sharp contrasts that immerse you in your favorite content. However, the audio falls short, lacking the depth to match the impressive visuals. The built-in speakers deliver passable sound, but audiophiles might consider external speakers for a better experience. The operating system performance is a mixed bag, with occasional lag and system hangs that disrupt an otherwise smooth interface. While the TV shows promise, audio enhancements and more consistent OS performance are needed to fully match its visual prowess.

 Purchased Acer 55 Inch W Series QLED TV which was delivered to me on Sept 30th 2023, the TV was setup the very next day. Acer TV has the latest Android OS 11 and its having very good performance and very responsive. The Song’s playback in 4K is the fantastic and like if you love HDR video’s my suggestion is to drive the audio output via a sound bar, as we had from our earlier TV, just enabled the eARC output from the TV via compatible cable to sound bar just makes it even more compulsive experience.
