This is about a one year ownership review – after a years usage with care, the projector has started acting up. It shuts down automatically, switches on from standby automatically, audio fades and completely vanishes, aggressive fan noise when shutting down, heating etc. switch off alert automatically pops up etc. I have raised a Service request with BenQ since product is under a 2 year warranty, will update about the quality of support i receive from them. Edit 1. Support level is very poor, BENQ part not available is what I’ve been hearing for past 2 weeks.
