The printer is good and easy to setup. Do not buy for free watch as people claiming no serial number mentioned in the bill is true. You will never get the watch with this printer and the offer is completely fake.

Pros: 1. Installation via mobile app was smooth. 2. The print quality is good. 3. Wireless printing is good but slow.
Cons: 1. The packaging was definitely tampered with as the tape was not original. 2. When the product was registered on the HP website the warranty showed wrong details. The warranty start date was 3 months earlier than my purchase date. 3. Invoice did not have serial number mentioned so watch redemption wasn’t approved. I have submitted the delivery slip that has the serial number. Let’s see if they accept it.
Definitely the reseller is at fault here for the problems faced by end user. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Amazon if these problems persist. Better to purchase directly from HP store online.
