“Features are great, but questionable material quality and reliability make this product hard to justify its hefty price tag of almost 1 Lakh.
I’ve taken extra precautions to protect the laptop, investing in an expensive bag with good cushions and handling it with care during use and transport. Despite this, one morning I was shocked to find the screen cracked, resembling a mobile phone screen after a drop. While I can’t pinpoint the exact cause, I suspect that the laptop charger, kept alongside the laptop in the same bag, might have caused the damage from an external impact.
This incident highlights the laptop’s fragility, and it’s disappointing to realize that it couldn’t withstand minor bumps and knocks despite my careful handling. The overall build quality leaves much to be desired.
Moreover, my hopes of seamless customer service from Samsung were shattered when I tried to get the laptop repaired. Despite having high expectations due to the brand’s reputation and presence in Delhi, all service centers I contacted refused to repair laptops. This lack of support adds to the frustration of owning an expensive Samsung product.
Unfortunately, this experience is not isolated as I had a similar issue with my Galaxy Tab S3. As a result, I’m now reluctant to invest in any more expensive Samsung products in the future.
In conclusion, while the product boasts impressive features, the subpar material quality, lack of durability, and disappointing customer service make it hard for me to recommend this laptop at its current price. Potential buyers should consider these drawbacks before making a purchase decision.”
Dr Lukesh –
I have purchased this laptop from Samsung Estore, and am writing this review after using the same extensively for a little more than 10 days.
Before going in for purchasing this laptop, one needs to think about the purpose of purchasing this kind of laptop a la the specifications given. If you purpose to purchase a laptop is to create and edit documents, creating pdf file, editing videos, not of 4k or 8 k quality, rather basic videos, creating codes for myriad applications which does not have high resolution interface, internet browsing, watching videos, then this laptop is perhaps the best choice, subject to you owing an S23 Ultra Mobile Phone, for optimum utilisation. If you dont own a S 23 Ultra mobile device, then certain features in this laptop would seem to be redundant for you. This, in a nutshell, is the introduction of the said laptop.
This laptop comes with an Intel Evo rating, with the sticker affixed on it, and comes with an U-series processor, which series, in fact, dominates the laptop market the world over, it is not that utilitarian, yet for all normal functions to perform, it does its task with a fair degree of competence. The ideal, in my opinion, would have been P series processors.
This laptop feels great in hand, but it is far from being sturdy and strong, and stands in no comparison with such laptop as Panasonic Toughbook. It looks great, is fragile, and you need to take care of it and cuddle it, as and when required. The outer shell is a fingerprint magnet, so beware of the same.
The battery life lasts between 5 hours to six hours, with watching videos intermittently, and if you dont watch YouTube videos in such manner, it will last an hour more, but yes, the maximum time one can get would be a little around 7 hours, so keep in mind that, since a lot of hype exists regarding the right to use Intel Evo logo, which indicates optimum power management with a screen on time of not less than 10 hours, which in this instance is not the case.
The display is just great, the screen glow is just perfect, the touch capability is good, though not exceptionally good, and for functionality this would suffice.
A stylus in the form of S Pen is provided, but I sincerely hoped that since in a laptop affixing the Stylus is difficult, at least a separate S Pen case could have been provided, hope the Samsung top brass reads this and does the needful. Even the laptop sleeve that is available at its dedicated e-store, does not provide for a separate secured pocket to keep the S Pen safe.
The hinge is good, though not exceptionally strong and sturdy, it is strong indeed, not very sturdy so as to withstand any rough usage.
One has to be extremely carefully useful in using this laptop.
It boots pretty fast, at least much better than my previous laptop which was from Dell Stable. It took no less than 15 minutes to reboot every time I switched on the laptop. I initially planned for purchasing the laptop from the three biggies – Lenovo, Dell or HP, but since I already owned an S 23 Ultra Mobile Phone, I took a calculated plunge for this. Till now my experience is good.
The 13.3 inch screen size is just right for portability, the camera just about does its job, not good or exceptional.
The RAM management is good, and you will enjoy the laptop provided the task as enumerated in the first paragraph is performed with this laptop. High end resolution interface applications or video editing of similar ilk, may cause a bit of stuttering and a bit of uneasiness in the functioning of this laptop.
The price point is a bit high, but then the functionality of this laptop till date makes up for the same.

Hi all
As per my experience it’s very pathetic even service centre response too
After 2 month my laptop book 3 360 software currupted it’s not turn on booting issue
Samsung expertise on phones only but don’t buy laptop.
I loose trust on Samsung brand because I have spent to much approx 1.40 lac in this.
Service centre just call through AI artificial intelligence and not providing any premium products service
Suddenly you turn on your laptop and U come to know it’s not working which leads system dead so don’t be the part of that

Lap top is amazing & works well. Touch sensitivity and speed is also good. Only issue is slight heating
Dr Vikram Jaggi –
Everything is excellent except that it doesn’t have Google Play store which is something i was expecting.
