I purchased this laptop with an exchange of my old Dell Vostro 14 in.
Firstly, the delivery was delayed. Two times the delivery was marked as “Delivery Attempted” without even contacting me. I had to repeatedly follow up with the Amazon Customer Service to make sure that the new item was not returned back to Amazon even though I had already paid in full.
Finally, when the new laptop arrived, the exchange laptop was denied to be picked up. I had to pay 10k extra just in order for him to deliver the new laptop and not to take it back.
The reason given for not accepting the exchange product was so stupid! The exchange laptop works fine and everything. The delivery executive upon inspection pressed the laptop screen and said that it is getting marks on screen upon pressing (which is expected from an IPS panel screen). When you press the IPS panel it leaves behind a mark where you press which fades away quickly upon releasing the pressure. That’s normal for an old IPS panel screen. But just for this reason he marked my product as faulty and asked me to pay the 10k extra exchange value, else he would take the new laptop back!!
Denying exchange for such an illogical reason is first of all breach of agreement. Second, I feel that Amazon is making these promises of exchange discounts so that customers would buy the products but then denying exchanges for baseless reasons. This is both straight FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISING basically!!!!

I’m using it since 1 month, 1.The system gives best performance while in normal usage. A lot of heating issue but cooler boost 5 is very very powerful even it reduces the system temp to room temp in just 10 mins. 2.Battery life is not good as expected. 3.While coming to high performance mode – system overall performance is not good. I’m using 16/1 TB and 8gb graphic memory varient….,it’s is not responding while using Photoshop 2023 latest version.A lot of performance issues when using Graphic memory…so go for an alternate.

Had an initial issue with the audio drivers, but it fixed itself after a few updates. Slight lid flex but nothing to worry about. No keyboard flex. SSD could have been faster.

After using rigorously for 3 months I can say this is very good gaming laptop. I bought it in 82k with offers. The specifications laptop have is great with the price it asks. I will definitely suggest this laptop if you need decent graphic card in which you can almost play all games with beautiful settings. I have apply transperant cover to it with lining so please ignore it.

Installed all basic drivers and it is working well.
Ran few 3D benchmarks and as expected it gave a very good score for cpu multi core rendering because of the 16 threads.
GPU is meant for playing games and not really rendering, so it gave a mediocore result.
At the price if you plan to do 3D rendering or make games in Unreal engine/Unity, this is a great bargain with the discount.
It came 4th in CInebench CPU rendering just below thread rippers and xeon processors.
Take the benchmarks with grain of salt and use it for playing games as well as animation rendering or games creation.
Remember it has 4 GB physical and 4 GB virtual GPU memory.
If you are having issues with running Adobe suite or getting less RAM issues then disable the integrated Intel GPU. Your NVIDIA GPU is good enough to run any thing.
RAM issues arise because Intel GPU takes 8 GB of 16 GB Ram, making total VRAM to be 16 GB combining NVIDIA vram. But you total RAM available left is only 8 GB. So working on large files with dpi above 300 in Photoshop gives out of memory error.
Use Intel GPU only when you need thunder connection to a high end monitor.
*** The bad reviews are for RTX 4050 GPU laptop. Always buy the 4060 one. Mine is working awesome. If MSI centre is causing performance issues, remove it. Remember that Windows 11 by default uses 4GB of RAM without any software open. So sometimes when you 3D render and run Photoshop together with 50 tabs open in Chrome, it will give out of memory errors. Simply close one of the software or upgrade the RAM to 32 or 64 GB.

This is a good investment the laptop is mostly on high discounts and for that money it comes with a bunch of features which come with laptops usually within 2lakhs some features like these are rtx 4060, 16gb ddr 4 ram 144hz full hd display etc
