Writing this review after 1.5 months of usage.
Good performance. I’m able to run all applications smoothly. Using virtual box with Kali VM. No lags.
Sound output is a bit low and battery life is bad. Fully charged laptop gives around 1 hour of backup.

Been using it for two months. The laptop is fast. Played EA FC 24 with no issues whatsoever. Only cons are the screen wobbles a bit and the speaker is not upto the mark. Else it’s the best product in this price range.

Rest things are good but I got problems with my screen. The screen flicker with many lines on screen and keyboard, mouse won’t work. I have to press power button to shut down the laptop. The problem appears after 2 months so I can’t return my laptop also. I don’t know actual problem and why it’s happening. It don’t appear quit frequently but it happens now and then randomly.
Once I visited to Bangalore service center. They are good. They listen my problem but I don’t think they find any problem in my laptop. They just changed my OS. After bringing my laptop and use for approximately for 2 hours the problem occurs again.
After that I talk to consumer support and they advice to disable auto update, since bug in update my have occur that problem, and reset my OS. And it was working well for sometime and again the problem appears after 3 weeks. But this time screen flickers for about 20 sec and problem disappear. Can I replace new laptop anyway?

Battery won’t last long, not more than 1.5hr. if you are heavy user, then constant power source be connected. Graphics are good. Sound is ok. Light weight. Good speed.
Check your requirements before buying, rtx 3050 graphics could have been better, it’s GTX 1650.

Good to see that MSI is aggressively pricing their new laptops with variety of models. They are known for their sturdy built and top quality parts used.
This model MSI GF63 Thin, Intel Core i5-11260H, 8gb/512gb laptop is light weight, has a red backlit keyboard which looks cool. I added one Crucial brand 8gb ram for a total of 16gb ram, had a spare 2.5″ 1tb SSD which I installed also for a total of 1.5tb storage and was good to go. Both were easy to install and upgrades were instantly recognized by laptop.
Brushed aluminum on top gives a premium look, screen resolution is good, battery is decent, speakers being at bottom the sound is not to so clear but using headphone is excellent. Found odd that there is separate jack for headphone and microphone instead of a single jack which incorporates both.
Overall best value for money 💰
