Product is good and it is best for daily use/work. 14 inch size also looks pretty. The only downside is this is not a backlit keyboard laptop.

From a very long time i want to upgrade my old laptop to newer one as old one was not working good
but after searching i found this dell laptop with best configuration that i require
performance was powerful
because of ssd laptop on and off speed was good
multitasking like noting daily work schedules and creating and reading pdf was never this good
16gb ram speed was additional bonus
screen quality was good even tho it was 14inch
light weight
internet speed was good
windows 11+office 2021 was an additional bonus

I would not say it’s a great product, I have been using this for a few days only. Speed and performance is Excellent so far, but heats up alot and has only 2 hr of life so far , old technology laptop works longer than that
The build quality is bad like really bad, looks plastic feels plastic, and bends like plastic on pressing also this is a fingerprint magnet.
I would recommend going for Lenovo or hp laptop as that has the same specs so theoretically that would work the same and has better looks , but you have trust on the hardware go for this .

I was little disappointed with the delivery (it was late by 2 days).
However, I am happy with the product and I am using it since a week and it looks fantastic.
Yet to see the overall performance soon.

A weak hinge and it will break just above a year of usage which involves big cost around 20k+ Dell is selling these products regularly and does not even considering for upgrading such a big fault in their current series of INSPIRON & VOSTRO SERIES of Laptops
