Within 40 days, Laptop has malfunctioned. It does not start without plugging in battery.
While we got system on 20th July 2023, warranty will expire on 24th May 2024.

1. The laptop started giving problems right after unboxing. The processor is very slow. 2. The speaker is of sub-standard quality. The voice broke when I started youtube videos. 3. The battery backup is not upto mark.
Because of all these problems, I requested Amazon to replace the item, the cutomer care executives are not ready for listening to complaints. They do not send the technicians to daignose the laptop.
Buying this laptop dell vostro 14 inch is not a good choice and secondly from Amazon is even more worst choice.

Its been just 1 day , the screen start flickering black and blue , got restarted automatically , this is happening from the day i bought it.
And even replacememt is not that easy as it is for other products , they will 1st inspect , then you have to contact the customer care , they will not contact you themselves.
