I purchased this Z590 ACE Motherboard used from the Amazon store and took a risk as I usually don’t ever buy any electronics used. However, it would be saving me just over $125 CAD.
I set it all up with a i9-11900k, dual 3090 FE Graphics cards and 64GB of 3600mHz of RAM. I utilized this board to the best of its abilities and I am over thrown of how amazing it is and performs nonetheless. It uses the PCIe Gen 4 speeds on both my 3090’s. One is being used at 4.0×16 and the other at 4.0×8 and it will not split to 4.0×8 for each card UNLESS you occupied the 3rd PCIe slot. I also used the Thermaltake riser cables and they seem to be the only ones that will support the Gen4 speeds even though the say gen3 speeds.
The M.2 first slot is a Gen4 speed and is blazing fast for boot up and OS Drive disk.
So far, a few days in of fully testing it and making sure it all works it is going well and very pleased I bought this one and also saved a bit due to it being “used” with just box cosmetic damage. Everything was in there like new and all contents were inside the box.

This is one of the nicest motherboards I’ve seen. Almost everything you could really want, unless you want really extreme overclocking, or extreme top end. I am a Gigabyte fan myself, so for MSI to impress me says something. Well worth looking at to see if it meets your build needs.
