Product description is poor. 6400Mhz Is only intel XMP certified. Whereas the description says AMD EXPO compatible. I wasted my time and killed the environment by ordering this from the US. It will be sent back now. Would’ve been better if they had a local return facility. Very nice looking ram. Its a shame ill be sending back.

This ram is an excellent pairing for any RGB case, with the Aorus Elite z790 you can also customize the RGB a bit and make it static if your case aesthetic is important to you. Out of the box you’ll definitely need to tweak to get the best performance, upon benchmarking I was impressed to see how the ram handled loads. Used them in my first ever build and managed to not break anything (all ram is basically plug and play but just because this is fancy RGB it’s no different!)
The biggest benefit to this versus any other alternative is definitely the speeds + looks. If you’re not worried about aesthetics you can opt for a higher reading speed on something else for around the same price but honestly the reading speed will be irrelevant to you if you’re not overclocking. Even with overclocking it should handle it just fine though.
Biggest thing to be aware of in terms of installation is if you’re going with a larger cpu cooler keep in mind the tops of these are pretty tall, I managed to install my fan just fine only using slots 2/4 for these with very little wiggle room between them but if I had a 4 stick set up it would not have fit.

It’s a good ram with nice rgb. For ddr5 please forget running 4 sticks, try achieving your desired number with 2 sticks only ! Running 4 sticks of ddr5 drove me crazy by BSODs ! On Asus z690e I Had to change ram power management from synced to seperate, clock down to 6200 from 6400 and run them at 1.37 voltage to keep the pc stable with 4 dimms. 2 sticks, 2 only , unless you want a challenge ….

Super easy to install, my built in LED control was able to adjust the leds on the ram with no issues, wish i could afford a second set so I could ditch the third lower chip and have 4 of them but cant afford it.
