The ICE612 cooler works really good for the price. Installation was extremely infuriating as there was no instructions for installation with am4 socket. For anyone with am4 socket use the brackets that came with your motherboard and install the cooler directly. Although for installation you would have to bend the aluminium fin like structure(not the radiator grill) downwards with pliers or your hands if you’re strong enough and clip it to the brackets. Thermals are good as without cpu boost i.e at base frequency 3.9 Ghz my amd ryzen 5600g temperature could go as high as 80 deg Celsius but with this cooler 65 degree is the max temperature. At boost frequencies like 4.4 Ghz the previous temperature was 95 deg but now it is stable at 85 degree, all while weather is nearly 40 degree in my city. Very low noise level as well since I was running it at its max speed of 2000rpm and it was hardly making any noise. Amazing performance for the price.

Packaging is like someone used and put it back box was teared little and cooler has so many scratches on the top side of heat sink and the small box of accessories also had hole in it but cooler is working fine tho

No other issues. I admit I’m also to blame a little as I lost the brackets that come with the mobo. But that’s doesn’t mean that the seller will advertise it as being AM4 compatible and not include the bracket with the product. I got two brackets, one says 2011, but doesn’t fit, and the other one says 1200, 1700, 115X and 775 (all Intel sockets).
Other than this issue, my 5600x sits comfortably at 41°C ~ 70°C at all times while gaming.
I gave all the issues I could, but now it’s up to the buyer.

First things First. This Cooler gets the job done. I was a bit skeptical and was not expecting much for the price point. But, it offers enough. Comes with Bracket and Screws and Thermal Paste (which is pretty average) Go for other Thermal Paste Brands if Budget allows. Easily fits into an ATX case, with ample space between the GPU and the cooler.
For the Specs, I paired it with an i5 7th Gen. Before Cooler – Idle Temp 70° – Full Utilization 85°
After Cooler – Idle Temp 45° – 50° – Full Utilization 75° – 80°
At full Utilization there’s not much difference, since the CPU usage is at 100% the cooler makes it stable at 80° max. But there’s a huge drop down at the Idle Temp going from 70° to 45° is crazy. For the record, I’m changing the thermal paste after 2 years, which resulted in the huge drop. But i assume, you will have atleast 25° drop at the least.
Pros – Silent even at full Speed. – Runs at 1900RPM at full Utilization – Runs at 1100RPM when not in full use. (That’s great)
Cons – Hard to install. I had 5o remove the motherboard from the CPU to install it. – Rainbow Light, no ARGB.
