I got this UPS for my desktop system consisting of AMD Ryzen 9 5900x + Aorus Master 3070ti, along with multiple RGB LEDs, RGB Fans, Lian li strimmer cables, Arctic and Noctua industrial Fans, a 1200 watt PSU and a Samsung 4K 144Hz Monitor etc. all in all a total load of upwards of 750+ watts at a given time under load. The UPS is making a fan sound under load and that is somewhat bothersome to me, otherwise, there are no other 2200 VA UPS available. The backup being 8-10 minutes under this load, will test and update as the time progress for common usage scenarios.
All in all, you can go for it, I will give 4 out of 5 stars, minus 1 for the fan sound at load.

Product came open in the Amazon box, original seal was open, would have returned but I need the backup urgently, another issue was the 16 amp plug provided with it, had to convert my home socket to 16amp.

I tested this unit with a 1500 watt constant load. The battery lasted approximately 7 minutes on average. This should be enough as long you have generator on standby.
The unit is quiet and the fan switches on only when the temperature goes high above 30 C. It is great for gaming PC or personal workstations in open office spaces.

I put a Asus Thor 850W PSU comp on this worthless thing, along with a 220W rated Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED on it…. and it cracked !…. used to fail under heavy computing tasks and just drop electricity to the computer totally….blackout.
It is the most worthless piece of equipment from APC, which is now also scamming it’s customers by over rating its products.

Total power draw of my PC is about 800W with a 1100W PSU. Theoretical max power draw is about 1100W for my system. This UPS is supposed to give a power supply of about 1400W theoretically but I’m sure as others have pointed out it won’t. As I said for lack of other options, finding a UPS up to 660W power draw is not difficult. But above that it’s quite impossible.
Before you make your purchase, if you’re sure that you won’t need backup for above 900W then you can safely go for this. Do not expect a backup of hours but max 5 mins. Which suits my needs. Also it comes with a 16A plug which is not available in my room where the system is. I calculated my theoretical max current that my system will require and it did not exceed 6A. So went and got a converter for the same. So keep all these constraints in mind before purchasing. Otherwise this has been solid and is able to supply steady power for my system under full load. Specs for anyone interested to make comparison
Ryzen 9 7900x, Nvidia RTX 4090, 64GB Corsair 5200Mhz Ram, 1 256GB SATA SSD, 1 1TB SATA HDD, 1 1TB M2 SSD, 1100W Gold rated PSU, 6 Cabinet fans, 1 Deepcool A650 CPU heavy duty fan, 1 Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 and 1 LG 32gk650f monitors, 1 surface book, 1 Macbook, 1 set of ifi zen DAC and AMP and a lot of peripherals and chargers.
Thing to note is not all of these will be on all the time. This is my complete work+home setup that is connected to this UPS. So calculate max power draw you need accordingly and ensure it does not exceed 900W and 6A (if you plan to plug this into a 6A socket with converter).

No noise, ‘noise’ aka fan sound will be there when there are no currents.
Supports my system with I5 13600k, AMD 6700xt with 800W PSU along with monitor.
Haven’t been able to test backup time as I received this product today itself but it doesn’t take a genius to know that as long as you have enough time to save and shut down your PC, thats good enough especially since you don’t get good UPS for high end systems unless you install an inverter.
You need an 3 pin 16A adapter or a 16A 3 pin power outlet to plug this in as this UPS has a big pin usually seen in Ovens and Fridges.
Overall worth it as I didn’t find many ‘trusted’ 2200va/1200W UPS out there, so easy purchase for me and also 2 of my friends are using the same products for their PC while one of them is using AMD 6800XT GPU.
Hope this helps my gamer counterparts out there.

Expensive and hardly any backup power. Load capacity is 1200 watt but even with just around one third 400 watt load it can only give backup for 5 to 6 minutes. Waste of money. Should have gone for sine wave inverter ups. I have old 1100c 600w one. Even that one is better than this new model Easy Ups. 1100c give backup of 20 minutes.
Note: the sound is from my rack server. Not from the ups.
