El estado del artículo solicitado es muy malo y, además, la atención al cliente es muy mala, completamente indiferente a lo que le está pasando al cliente.
Los mejores auriculares con calidad mediocre, sin almohadillas, no funcionan.
No comprem

The sound quality is good – fantastic for music, decent for other things but can be a bit too spacious. The surround sound is…meh. Noise cancellation barely exists – I can hear my microwave ping from the other room.
Setting surround sound up was a nightmare – you have to download additional software, it doesn’t work via Synapse…it’s a separate thing. You have to register the headphones – which means taking one of the headphones apart to get the serial number…getting the headphone back together properly seems pretty impossible…after 30 minutes I got to the point that I could use them again…but they’ll never be the same. Additionally – actually finding the correct place to register is a pain…I have Synapse already but had to log in to somewhere and follow a link to somewhere else…far from smooth. Basically, the entire process seems designed to confuse and frustrate and gets you mediocre surround that I’ve left off.
Finally – they get pretty uncomfortable after a while…they start to pinch the ear.
I’m keeping them because I need the mic and am hoping they’ll wear in…but…I’d think twice about the purchase…I imagine I’ll start to look for another set before long because the pinching feels like it’s going to be an issue.
*** 3 Days later – I’ve stopped using them and gone back to my old ones because they’re too uncomfortable to use for longer periods…I won’t return them as I need a mic from time to time…the mic on my old Sennhiesers broke and they’re on the verge of falling to bits completely, but still preferable. The search continues.

Potentially good headphones. sound quality is average at best. good noise cancellation and good for gaming. However, you have to pay for the EQ which is rubbish and it should be included with the unit.
