My experience with this seller is 100% trust worthy, I can remember back to 2019 there I have got a laptop sold by them which label got scratch by mw so service centre denied to repair it, but with help by Amazon they took return and refunded before pickup of product, but I have to discuss with them multiple time,
BTW this mouse I am using with my redmi i5 laptop it’s perfect silent, the things I loved whenever laptop I shut down it’s automatically off. I use mostly 1-3 hour daily. From last 18 days yet not charged it. Good to go
