Stick drift starts for the product within 5 months with just moderate use playing only FIFA online. It is unusable at this point of time as the stick drift is too much and there is no way to control direction accurately now. This is really unacceptable for a product that costs this much and dosen’t even last for 6 months.
Adding: I have changed my rating to 4 because powerA has given me a hassle free warranty replacement after I filed for warranty claim on their site. They have sent me a brand new controller and as a customer I am very satisfied.

PowerA controller have basic Xbox Series X controller design. Those two extra buttons really helps. I bound those to LS(left) – RS(Right). If you really want ToP level Elite Pro Controller for Xbox series X controller then go for Razer or Xbox Elite controller. Do use a kontrol freak though, for better use. Left Medium and Right Tall. By the way I’m a PC gamer. Mainly play Battlefield and Assassin’s Creed like title or Devil May Cry… If you face any problem like joystick drift or something do repair it it’s easy repair you can find the video on online or buy new controller :)) Stick tension is like basic Xbox controller. In this price range it’s the best.

So far I tried several games like F1, Forza Horizon, Fifa and Flight Sim. and worked smoothly without extra configuration required with additional software. With racing games I tested the vibration feedback as well, feels nicely responsive. Additional function keys on the back are handy and easy to assign. Headset connection is a nice touch, I don’t really use chat but having the quick sound level control under thumb is nice. I hope in the long run buttons will not give up early. Overall budget and quality product.

Both the triggers have broken within 8 months of usage, Right trigger is completely broken it takes wrong fluctuating input, does not even go the full 100 anymore, and pressing the left trigger till 100 also activates the right one. All this within 8 months and I didn’t even use it that roughly or regularly. I have raised a ticket in PowerA support site (Global) awaiting response. Update: – To my surprise the warranty claim was the easiest I have EVER experienced, after I raised a request, they instantly reached out and asked for pictures/numbers of the Product and the packaging and within 2-3 weeks I got the replacement product. This definitely redeemed PowerA in my eyes.

After using the controller for 2 months the plastic inside the controller holding the back buttons in place broke.
This causes the back buttons to fall inside of the controller and makes them unusable.

Pros: Good Sensitivity and Ergonomics, extra Buttons are like the Icing on the cake and mapping is very easy. The volume adjuster and mute buttons are also very handy. If you have a Xbox this controller is a must have.
Cons: For this price the plastic feels bad and cheap. I started having stick drift within a month of use.
EDIT: Initially the controller was good and worked well, after one month I started noticing left thumb stick drifts like way too much some times, now its a regular occurrence.
Claimed warranty and new controller provided as replacement.
