When the produch first arrived it came with a broken bluetooth adapter then i applied for a replacement which was quick , controller connects very fast but sometimes it disconnects and reconnect automatically in between a game which can be quite annoying , i mainly play Forza horizon 5 with this and adjustable triggers works fine although they have a very little play from going 0 to 100% throttle compared to the toal play in trigger but it’s manageable and better than having no adjustment , D-pad is nice but feel in forward button is mushy but other are tactile , i still don’t know what turbo button does , XYAB buttons have shine through light and if you are light sensitive it can bother you if you are using the controller in dark environment , joystick are good works fine , shoulder buttons are good are feel good, haptic feedback is surprisingly good , overall imo connection issue the only con of this controller but it can be a issue in my product only.

I bought the cosmic byte controller on February 2020 for 1300inr
The controller by itself is good for the price provided you don’t face problems with it. The joystick could have felt a little more precise and more feel from the triggers. But you get what you pay for.
However my main issue with the controller was the manufacturing defects in it.
I seldom used it for a couple of months. However when I started using it again, the controller started to give me problems such as disconnecting and and the joystick not working properly. This issue appears to be common with many other customers of this controller. I assumed that it is an imported from China product which is why there were so many problems with it. And I also assumed there wouldn’t be a proper service center to repair my controller since of course, it’s a chinese product and such companies don’t tend to invest a lot in service centers. So I pretty much swore off buying Comic Byte products
I already made up my mind to get another controller like the Logitech F710. But I decided to give their service center a try because why not?
Around 10 days from the expiry of my warranty (9th February 2020), I decided to contact Cosmic byte and raised a ticket. My correspondence with Cosmic Byte’s service executive was slow due to them replying only once each day. They first asked me for my contact details and requested images of my product from all angles. I did the same. Then they proceeded to ask for my address to arrange for the reverse pickup.
My product was picked up on the 13th of February by Delhivery. The shipping company provided me with updates. When it reached the service center in Pune, Cosmic byte sent me a message on the 18th of February. So took 5 days to ship.
2 days (20th feb) later they sent me a service report stating that there is a connection issue (no mention of the joystick issue) and my controller has been replaced. After another 2 days(22nd Feb), they sent me a reference video showcasing that the controller was working properly. On the 23rd they dispatched my product and gave me the tracking link for the same.
I received my controller on 25th February. The packaging was okay. The cardboard felt roughed up. The controller was delivered in the original controller package. Till now, the controller is working fine (fingers crossed)
Cosmic byte hasn’t charged me a single rupee for anything. The shipping costs were all handled by Cosmic Byte.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product but very happy with the service. Didn’t expect much from it.
Would I recommend this product? If you have the budget for the F710, go for that. However, if you have a 1500rs budget, this controller is fine. The service experience was good but I would much rather go without the hassle of going to the service center
Word of caution: When you receive the product, test it RIGOUROUSLY. Use gamepad tester. Check all the joysticks. Check if there are any connection issue (very important). The products seem infamous for causing issues to many people.
The service experience has reinstated by belief and trust with Cosmic Byte. I will still consider other brands but if they provide enough value for money, I would go with it.

I had ordered redgear pro gamepad before, it was a good product as well but the d-pad wasn’t registering the clicks smoothly and I had to put a Lil pressure on that, same case with Y button, and since I am paying around 1300 for that product why not a get perfect one so I returned that for a replacement but to my misfortune the replacement was even more horrible and now I was facing even more problem while registering clicks of dpad and now the x button, so I got frustated and got my money refunded and ordered nebula, i didn’t have any idea about this product and decided that if it turns out to be the same i ain’t gonna buy no more mid range controller and save money for a ps5 controller but this time to my fortune purchasing nebula turned out to be one of my best purchases ever, the controller felt so much more premium and classy with its rubbery texture and the glowy x,y,z buttons with subtle light and lovely combination of black and green colour. I didn’t face any problems in registering buttons as well and each and ever button works perfectly, but since nothing can be perfect and at this mid range especially, it’s true in this case as well. Now with the cons of this product: 1. It comes with only one single dongle and no additional dongle has been given, so I have no idea what I am gonna do if i lose it or if it just stops working one day, can’t even find it listed on sites :p 2. The triggers well are not really adjustable triggers because they are so sensitive that it would go from 1 to 100 real quick u can do nothing about that, so it’s basically just click button with trigger feel but no application :p 3. And the connector that comes with it to use it with mobile just forget about that, it’s utter useless and and the dongle just doesn’t fit in it and if you try harder you might even break it so if you buying this to connect it with your mobile, just forget it and buy something else. Now these cons were irrelevant to me as For the 1st point, I really take care of my things and hardly lose them ever. For the 2nd point, not a fan of racing games and thats where the adjustable triggers are mostly used. For the 3rd point not a fan of mobile gaming either. Its been 3 weeks since I have bought it and no issues faced yet, I have finished over 3 AAA titles using this controller, it’s just so fun and comfortable playing using the controller, never going back to keyboard and mouse except for competitive fps.
