I needed to exchange the first one I got.
The rubber inserts on the metal rods slide up and down, allowing one side to be a bit higher than the other, especially useful when keeping on a soft surface like a bed.
The plastic inserts are needless and quite flimsy. If you hold the table wrong they’ll just pop out, they’re not glued in.
Otherwise, the table is pretty solid for a laptop. It holds my 16″ Victus quite comfortably, along with its charger if need be.
If you get a good unit, it might be a good investment, especially if you happen to be temporarily bedridden.
