I got a laptop cooler with a broken fan grill/guard for the central fan. This was plastic, not aluminium alloy(The central grill, rest were aluminium). There were other issues too There was no USB cable or smartphone stand.. Only one fan speed was available. Another issue is that it lacked any sort of sturdiness. It was rickety, quaky, wobbly and gave me a headache when I was typing.. The construction is somewhat sloppy. The stand lacks a firm base and therefore wobbles. I am not sure if a replacement would help. But one thing I can tell clearly is that it fits a 16″ laptop perfectly with room to spare. If you don’t have vertigo and you don’t use it to type at all and would rather type on an external keyboard all the time, then it is near perfect, that too if you grabbed it for the festive price of 799… I couldn’t find a way to adjust fan speed or switch off the LED lights though.. All in all, it’s a great buy if you got it for bargain price.

It perfect for 15-16 inch laptop,in my case 799 is value for money but it deserve not more than 850,average looking,weak performance,I am disappointed with discription and actual product fans are slow ,does not working as cooling pad it is useful for just stand nothing more

Must for Gaming Laptop as the fans are efficient and air circulation is flaw less. Can bring down CPU temp by 8 degrees with Laptop Silent Mode (Minimal CPU fan speed), not checked with GPU load. But happy with the purchase.

Good product fans have huge speeds,,,But the lights are beneath the body so can’t be figured it out in day light can be noticed in night they are good lights technically should place on visible side areas,,,like this they wasted the feature of light thats all i got in mind. Product works very well and do what they mentioned Please make sure when updating,,, the lights must be place on visible side areas that will Make this product best in segment!!!

design is good . rpm is good .metal plate stay cool the poduct is good but i think the all vent should flow air in u can change it btw by opening the case turn the small fan opposite overall its good . it stable temp and fps . didnt see any temp drop
