Lookwise it seems good, but on usage the fans speed seems little under powered and it works with some rattling sound. The shipment was not safe with any bubble wrap or other foam materials. Delivered straight in its original paper packet without any shock absorbing things inside packet or outside. Expected little bit better product because of Amazon Basics branding.

Just got my cooling pad today. Who delivers a cooling pad without the necessary fixtures? Come on like tossing in a cable would have been too expensive? Now I got to order a cable or buy one from the store separately. The item DOES NOT include a cable and hence it’s advisable to buy one.

I ordered this cooling pad for my dell alienware laptop and it works great It has all the tiny things which makes it perfect The RGB is also great
But the only flaw is its fan speed it is lower than what I expected
And performance:decreases temperature by 6-9*C

The media could not be loaded.
I don’t know why the hell people think it is a replacement of air conditioner(AC) guys it just a cooling pad which can reduce upto 5-10°C of laptop cpu temperature, in Computer Labs,Offices, IT Cafe have air conditioners due to a reason,u can use cooler also to maintain over all temperature if u region is warm just ensure that cooler air shouldn’t go directly to the laptop,I got type a cable inside many didn’t got check it properly. In ₹1000 what else u want a refrigerator😉😜.

The feet to keep the laptop fixed in the tilted position are too far up, this is causing the top part of the laptop (16inch Mac) protrude above the top of the cooling pad when I try to keep it in the tilted position.
I have to keep it completely flat (no tilt), that way i can move the laptop forward, to the point where all parts of the laptop chassis get some additional ventilation. Keeping it flat gives some cooling and temperature drop by 4-5 degree C (hence 3 stars). But this is not an ergonomic position, since the head will not be in the same height as the screen.
This is just bad design or bad documentation. This cooling pad should not be used for anything bigger than 15Inch laptop (or better only 14inch)
