The whole purpose of buying a Mac air is that it is light to carry. However this product makes it heavier. So doesn’t make sense to me personally, otherwise the quality, the colour is pretty good. It is sturdy and definitely does the job of protecting the laptop. However I don’t use it anymore as it just makes it super heavy to carry the laptop around. The product per se is not heavy, made of light sturdy plastic, but with the laptop, it becomes heavier.

I have had two of these covers, and they’re great. BUT, the white rubber pads / feet underneath always come off after a few months, sometimes leaving sticky residue. The manufacturer should ship an extra set of pads for when this inevitably happens!
