There aren’t many reliable or durable options in bags for 17.3 inch laptops. Earlier I was gonna go with Scarters, but they don’t have a 17.3 inch version yet.
This one fits my Asus ROG Strix G17 very comfortably, the padding is good, and there’s extra space as well so it isn’t a tight fit.
There’s a secondary compartment for your charger, and other accessories, but I wouldn’t fill it up completely as it might increase the carrying weight which is already high considering if you store a 17.3 inch laptop in it.
The price is obviously on a higher side, but I’m very happy with the purchase.

I have purchased the bag in 2017 November. Still i am using the same as my primary laptop bag and sometimes normal office bag to keep things. You cannot get the better option than this in Amazon basics. In these 4 years only one issue i faced is slowly the water resistance capacity got decreased in the upper part of the bag. Except this no issues i have ever seen. Pros: Compact and Light weight Very stylish look Superior quality ZIPS and pockets Nearly its resisting 8 kgs weight.

This is my second Amazon basics bag. I bought the first for my apple iPad pro 9.7. Both bags are light, compact, which are two attributes I sought. I also sought at least 4-5 pockets for pens, but there are none, which is why I withhold half a star. a star. Another irritant that costs this bag half a star is that the hand supports fall into the front pocket, and block zipping it close. Notwithstanding these two points, in my careful search, this is the best value -for-money bag on Amazon.in. By the way, the bag is made in China. I wish Amazon had sourced it from India.

I loved it instantly. Its relatively small yet spacious enough for all gadgets related storage or can even be used as messenger bag for normal day to day work. Light weight yet sturdy built quality. Well stitched and premium quality material used.
Price should have not been more than 600-650. 700 max.
Overall opinion….go for it. Dont hesitate. You’ll not regret it.

Great laptop bag. I got this for my MacBook Air. Fits perfectly and gives just the right amount of cushioning to the laptop. The bag is pretty light weight and there is just enough additional space to carry the charger and a notepad. This is good in a way as otherwise one tends to keep on adding stuff to the bag and over a few months the laptop bag becomes very heavy. There’s less chance of something like that happening with this bag as there’s no additional space.
Am happy with my purchase.

Intially when buying this bag I was doubtful about whether given the dimensions it will be able to accommodate the laptop comfortably or not. Then decided to give it a try as amazon return is always there. And I found May be 1 review for 15.6″ bag so decided to write. What I like – light as feather literally very light, although at first it may look like a product which may not protect the laptop with accidental falls but that’s not true. The bottom, front and back are intelligently padded. – the size is slimmed down at every corner so that there is no added bulk anywhere to be found. – It can easily accomodate another 7 or 8″ tablet – front compartment can be used for keeping charger Don’t like – the picture shows three small packets upfront. They are really small. Can be used for keeping say mouse or pen drive or headphones but they could have made them slightly bigger as there is space for it. It can’t accommodate say xiaomi power bank 20000 mah which I have or cell phone say if you have 5 or 6 inch phone but that can be compromised by sliding the same along with the charger. My laptop model is HP 15-ab125AX. Mentioning it because One may refer it’s dimension to compare one’s laptop. Also there is 1-2 space left heightwise when my laptop is in their. Volar Morgulis. Happy buying.

Amazon Basics. High on expectations but low on quality. I am vastly disappointed by this product mainly because the bar was set too high by my last backpack purchase from Amazon Basics
Okay let’s get to this product.
1. It’s a 15.6 inch laptog bag so it should fit a same size laptop with some space left for the laptop to breathe. It is not the case! If you will notice from my picture; there are two separate pockets in the main zip compartment dividing the laptop pocket and the tablet pocket. However, the 15.6 inch laptop doesn’t fit in the laptop compartment! I have to keep it in the middle. How about that?!
2. Once you place your laptop in the bag; the entire space of the bag is just dead. There is nothing more you can keep! A charger and barely a mouse and maybe a small diary. That’s all ? Is this what I have shelled 1100 bucks our for?
What if I am a gaming enthusiast and I would also like to carry a game controller with me? Where do I keep it? In my jeans pocket?!
You have made this bag so much appealing with so many pockets and compartments but how can you forget to provide space to them?
The main reason behind purchasing a 15.6 laptop is to not keep my super thin MacBook Air in it but to keep a fat size laptop in it and then hoping for a little space in it. If I really just had to keep my laptop then I would have definitely gone for just a laptop sleeve and not A BAG!
3. The strap built is of poor quality. I am really worried if the stitching may come out soon. And the hooks are plastic? So much for your cost cutting.
Okay. Had this bag been around 500-600rs; it would have been a good buy. But 1100 for this product is certainly not worth it.
I do not do big reviews but this is my disappointment with this bag which is speaking.

My main concern before buying was if it would be able to fit all accessories along with a non “ultra” laptop. So posting here for anyone else with the same doubts. It is able to hold an Asus GL504GM(2.4kg), power adapter, silicon power a60 external HDD, wired mouse & headphones and an xbox one controller. As you can see from the pic it didn’t look too stuffed. Swapping out for wireless mouse and headphones should save you some space. You may be able to squeeze in a book or two. Material was better than expected, but don’t think it’ll take real rough usage. If you keep it stuffed while travelling, expect it to wear out soon.
