Le câble semble de bonne qualité. Il est livré dans une boîte cartonnée qui le protège pendant le transport. La connectique s’adapte sans problème. La longueur est conforme.
Le seul souci rencontré jusqu’ici est une tendance à la déconnexion au niveau du PC. Est-ce lié au boîtier ? ou à la carte graphique ? ou au câble ? (à l’épaisseur de sa “poignée” en particulier) Je n’ai pas encore la réponse. Je sais juste que débrancher + rebrancher le câble a toujours résolu le souci et qu’il faut éviter de jouer avec le câble sous la table (attention aux pieds !).

Not good as it should be, it having no lock mechanism it falls sometimes from my monitor as I am using it in my pc, so it’s not ideal for pc as it has no lock pin.

If your in need of a Longer display port cord then you found the right place. Don’t let the price full you, I bought 2 of these 10 ft display port cords and they not only work but work great. Now they don’t have that looking divise on them and to me thats a good thing, have you ever tried to undo a display port from your graphics card inside a computer? All tell you that sometimes it gets pretty tough to get them to come apart and also i don’t think the ones that lock are that good for your divice, if that cord gets tight for some reason while your moving your computer around i would rather it comes unplugged then have it rip my display port right out of my $1000.00 graphics card. I got to admit that i was a little skeptical when i ordered these but once i plugged them in and seen how good they worked on two Viotek 34″ monitors my skeptism was all gone. There about a 3rd of the price of other 10 ft display port cords and i would recommend them unless you just can’t live without that locking divice thats going to ruin your graphics card or monitor some day. Recently rearranged my desk so I needed some much longer display port cables and a lot of brands didn’t have 15 foot long cables that I needed so it was nice to see Amazon basics had them in this length for less money than others charge for shorter cables.
Once it arrived I installed them into my 4K 60Hz monitors and they work as expected, no issues I’ve noticed and they’re easy to cable manage through my stand and under my desk. It’s a bit thicker than my old cable but that hasn’t caused any issues and hopefully that lends to more durability long term.
