just received the product. sound quality is good. The mute button is disappointing. In Teams calls It will only mute the mic, status is not reflected in the application. guess its only a local mute function for mic. you can not return , only replacement is possible ( which is same for all headphones)

I just received the delivery today and to my surprise,the packaging was horrible. Even my underwear delivery packaging is better than this. Is this some 10-20 rupees product? The seller definitely needs to improve on the packaging part, rest all good. Headphones are fragile, only God knows how the delivery agent handles the packages 📦 but a small mistake can damage this kind of product.
