Headset is good but there is an issue with the connectivity while I connect my headphone the usb is getting loose. Because of loosing connectivity there is an to much noise while speaking with other rest all is ok

Pocket friendly, reliable and gets your day to day job done. The headset states on the box that it comes with a noise canceling mic but I have my doubt on since my clients have mentioned that they can hear the traffic noise. In terms of sound clarity the headset is loud, clear in terms of delivery of speech. The control doc comes with volume increase, decrease, mic and headset mute buttons. This headset is recommended for meetings and calls provided your company is not demanding 0 noise environment.
