I recieved this product on time and the packaging was also good. Now about this product i find it very satisfying. It really has a very good display quality and colors are almost accurate. Its con is that display is struggling with black color. Its not that deep black even though its black stablizer is at 100% otherwise every color dept is upto the mark. And lets be honest this product offering more feature than its price. I actually have no complaints about this product. If you guys are lokking for a pc display you can go for it. But keep that in mind this display is not meant for gaming, but entairtainment purpose only.

I bought this monitor for 10750 but also the price generally comes down to 10499 and for this price this is the best monitor. The looks is good. It has a matte display and the build quality is pretty good. The pixel density is also good but note this the lower the display size the better ppi density you will get. I would recommend you to buy 22inch model if you want sharp image quality any more than that and your quality will degrade. The colors of the display is also quite good. Not the best you can get but if your budget is super tight and you have never used any other 1080p monitor then you will not find any issue. But though if you can increase your budget I would recommend you to buy something at 13k. Also the preset of this monitor isn’t good at all so you’ll need to tweak the colors and the contrast a bit.

My use for a monitor is 75-80% for office work ( MS-Office, pdf, etc.) where I do a lot of proof reading & editing of documents and for watching movies ( 20-25%). I don’t game. And it is for this that I bought this monitor after having read the rave reviews. But sadly, in 4 days time, I had to return the same, since it didn’t match my needs. 1. For watching movies this is a decent monitor ( for the asking price, which incidentally is being upwardly revised by Amazon). The brightness is more than adequate ( in fact I had to set my brightness to 40%), blacks decent, colors vivid and clear, no blurring or other artefacts. For this use, I would rate the monitor 4 out of 5 2. For proof reading and editing of documents ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc.) the monitor fails miserably. The letters appear badly pixelated with some appearing bold and others normal. There is a bad breaking of some letters in certain font types like Times New Roman. In fact after 15-20 minutes of work, my eyes watered a lot and the pages appeared blurred. On this aspect I would rate the monitor 1 out of 5. Some would argue that this is a budget monitor and expectations should be kept to realistic level. Agreed. But if a monitor fails to deliver on basic utilities like improper texts, then at least for me, it is not desirable. I have a Dell ST2220L ( again a budget monitor) , bought 6 years ago which still works like a charm, with clear, smooth and sharp rendering of texts and a decent playback of movies. As compared to that, this LG monitor was a disaster, I am sorry to note. LG is a Quality House, which introduces quality products at every price point. But this was an exception and probably they should take note of the same and rectify.

Display and brightness is good and perfect for a work from home setup at a budget. But it does come with a gimmick that it gives the option of in built speaker on connecting to laptop. It should’ve been removed if the monitor comes without in built speakers.
