Ayant eu des tonnes d’écran avant même plus haut de gamme je vais vous partager mon avis avec celui ci.
On est donc sur un écran 23,8″ 1080p 165hz avec une dalle ips
Si vous cherchez un écran pour sa qualité d’image et quand même une bonne performance pour les jeux compétitifs quand c’est nécessaire pour un prix en dessous des 200 cet écran est tout simplement parfait. J’avais avant ça un 280hz ips de chez asus que j’avais payé double et même en rétrogradant sur un écran comme celui ci Il me convient parfaitement. Ceux qui sont sensibles au ghosting, (fuyez les dalles va) le mode blur reduction est absolument parfait pour les jeux compétitifs il y a un léger reverse ghosting qui n’est pas visible en jeu. la latence est très bonne cette dalle ips est très correcte. Et en appuyant sur 2 boutons je peux changer le mode de l’écran entre mes réglages pour les jeux compétitifs et ceux pour une qualité supérieure sans blur reduction avec des noirs profonds en mode cinema hdri parfait pour les jeux solo tels que assassin’s creed etc etc
Si je devais lui trouver les défauts je parlerai de l’extérieur, en effet j’avais une petite lampe que je pouvais installer sur le haut de mon écran mais celui ci est trop épais.
En bref c’est un écran très bon pour le prix que j’ai payé. Il n’est certes pas meilleur que mon 280hz mais pour 2x moins cher je le mettrai en première position

I ordered this monitor and in one month it failed to work now. I moved my monitor to service center and 14 days since I raised the repair request no solution provided.
The customer care team give contact of different senior person who did not answer calls.
Such products are important and affects the day to day work. Company should be more proactive in providing a fix soon.
Frustrated suggesting stay away from Benq and go for better brands like LG, HP or DELL

Na veel monitoren online gekocht te hebben en deze steeds terug moeten sturen vanwege oogklachten ben ik bij deze Benq uitgekomen. Dit is voor mij de perfecte monitor, want het beeld is heel goed, hij staat heel stevig en ik heb geen last meer van mijn ogen. Ik gebruik hem voor kantoorwerkzaamheden dus over de gameopties kan ik niet oordelen.

Monitor che ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze. Non sono un esperto di monitor, personalmente questo l’ho acquistato per giocare su PS5 e Xbox Series X a 120hz.
Partendo dalla confezione, troviamo ovviamente il monitor con il cavo di alimentazione, cavo hdmi e uno usb.
Il monitor ha 2 porte hdmi 2.0, 1 display port, 3 usb. Inizialmente l’immagine sembrava scura e non mi piaceva, poi avendola personalizzata a mio piacimento posso dire che l’immagine è perfetta, luminosa e chiara anche essendo un 1080p.

I would like to trank Benq for the excellent customer service they provided me when I had a issue with my unit. Although initially the issue was not resolved even after contacting the customer care, Dheeraj from Benq helped to turn the situation around.
Issue Description: I noticed a black dot on the monitor’s screen within 2 months of receiving the product. Unfortunately after the initial conversations they were not able to provide a satisfactory solution.
I tried to contact Raj Kumar, the official contact given to me by customer care agent. To my surprise, he was unresponsive and didn’t answer my calls. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.
Thankfully, when Dheeraj ( reporting manager of Raj Kumar), personally interfered to resolve the issue, the situation changed for better. Upon hearing about my unresolved concern, he immediately took charge and assured me that he would personally oversee the resolution process.
Not only did Dheeraj resolve the issue, but he also demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. He showed genuine care, actively listened to my feedback, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the replacement product. His commitment and dedication are a true testament to BenQ’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
In the end, thanks to Dheeraj’s personal involvement and swift action, my experience with BenQ’s customer support turned out to be excellent. While the initial setback was disappointing, the resolution process far exceeded my expectations. Dheeraj’s intervention and his commitment to resolving the issue left me feeling valued and appreciated as a customer.

Finalmente sono riuscito a prendere questo Monitor, lo avevo già visto da un amico, e mi colpì fin da subito, non voglio soffermarmi sui dettagli tecnici, ma dare una mia valutazione su quello che penso di questo prodotto, è un monitor adatto al gioco, un pannello IPS che vale anche di più di quello che costa, bellissimi colori tantissime opzioni per regolarlo, e molto bello esteticamente, ho trovato anche molto comodo il supporto che mi permette di regolare l’altezza, in modo da non dovermi ingobbire quando gioco. in conclusione il mio voto è di 4 stelle perché ho avuto un problema con la consegna iniziale , ed ho dovuto fare un reso, ora il monitor mi è arrivato come si deve. per quanto riguarda il prodotto in se, vale tutte 5 le stelle, un monitor che consiglio tantissimo e che vale il suo prezzo.
