If you are into reading this tablet is miles better and significantly cheaper than non e-ink kindles. Has very good battery life but display is a bit low end and not suitable for youtube/ott viewing. For its price this tablet more than delivers though.

A new update – Android 12 (v1.210) (~500mb) was available. On updating, the wifi disconnection problems has been resolved. Now, the tablet retains internet even after ‘sleep’/screen time out!
Audio: Decent, but not loud enough.
Camera: Poor. Front camera especially is very weak!
Battery life: decent – 4+hours of reading, 3+ hours of youtube shorts at full volume, app updates from playstore, and still 35% battery remaining.

Wifi only version 8″ screen size 4gb ram and 64 GB storage. Got it at about 9.1k after product exchange and card discount. My main purpose is for reading books.
In the box: Tablet, sim removal tool, power adaptor and usb A to C cable (1m length). Booklets about safety and a quick start manual.
What is on the tablet – orientation: portrait mode.
on the top you find speaker, headphone jack and power button
on the right: volume rocker keys
on the left – Sim / SD card slot
at the bottom: usb C connector, mic, speakers
First impressions: bit thicker than my previous Samsung Tab A (355y) but narrower, making it possible to hold in one hand while reading in portrait mode.
Bit heavier at 375 grams compared to 309g for the samsung tab
Colours dont jump at you, bit dull for my liking. Plenty brightness though.
Response – swift, no lags

Games: Not a gamer, so cant help there! But reviews say, it is not a powerful chipset and can only play some basic games
Camera : yet to test
Storage just about 14Gb for system files and default apps – rest available for user.
Bloatware – almost nil – a few like netflix, expressvpn come installed but can be uninstalled – stock android 12 out of the box – love it!
Issues: Wifi – gets disconnected after screen time out and device goes to sleep – reconnects only if powered off and powered on again (NOT just restart) Edit: Resolved after update Android 12 (v1.210)
Reading comfort: using lithium epub reader on dark mode, comfortable for the eyes, though a bit bright.
Overall impression – not bad for the price, if reading books is your main purpose it is quite good.

Very bad performance when playing videos. My usage was mainly tp use udemy. The udemy on this device just Freeze’s when trying to download. Finally i had to call it a bad investment. 😣
